About Our Church
Holy BibleWe believe and teach that there is only one true God, the Triune God, one God in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe and teach that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is complete and without error in any part.

We believe and teach that all people are sinners and fall short of God's expectations of us. We can do nothing to gain our salvation.

We believe and teach that we are justified (declared not guilty) before God by faith in Jesus Christ, our Savior.

St. John Lutheran Church was established in 1871 and is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS), a nationwide Lutheran church body with over 1,200 congregations.
