St. John Facility use Policy
A new "Facility use Policy" has been approved by the Council. As a form of Outreach, we want to encourage groups to use our facility. This will help to introduce St. John to many of our neighbors in this community. A policy was needed to spell out what is expected by the user and to prevent scheduling conflicts. Copies of this policy are available in the church office. All events must be scheduled with the church Administrative Assistant/Secretary or Pastor Voigt using the request form. The request form gives us a contact person for each event. St John facilities are available to active registered members at no cost. Non-members may use our facility for a fee.

St. John School Alumni Reunion
A Special Committee has been formed to plan and organize an all School Alumni Reunion this fall to celebrate the 140th anniversary of the school's opening. We are looking for volunteers to help with Alumni Contacts, decorations, table setup, Dinner Coordinator/helpers, entertainment, photography, and clean-up. Contact Tony Wimmer if you would like to be on this committee or to be a helper. Our biggest challenge is making the alumni contacts, so if you can help with that, it would be very much appreciated.
